Luckily, he didn’t really leave us any presents…he was just getting a feel for the seat.

Welcome Toula Elaine Zambiyadis!
Bennett has a new cousin! Yesterday afternoon, Katrina and her sister, Margaret, went to a scheduled appointment with Margaret’s OB and found out her water was broken. So, off to Beth Israel went Margaret and Katrina (thankfully before the snow) and off to West Palm Beach airport went Roulis (unfortunately in the height of the snow). Although Daddy’s flight to Boston was cancelled, he was determined to get here for little Toula’s arrival and flew into White Plains, NY instead and drove to Boston. Thankfully, he arrived about an hour before Toula did at 3:47 AM. Margaret did great throughout the whole process and had an amazing delivery (she only pushed for 17 minutes). Although the weather outside was fightful, her support in the labor room was delightful, provided by her best friend, Christine, and Katrina, who served as her labor and delivery nurse.
So, without further adieu, the pictures (courtesy of Christine):

All hooked up listening to Toula’s heart chug away.

Daddy Roulis arrives after a tough trip from Florida…
…but it was worth it…

…to be there for this!

A happy family.

Katrina clamps…

…and trims the cord.

All cleaned up.

…as a happy Daddy keeps watch.

Daddy and Toula snuggle up….

…and share a moment.

Now it’s Daddy’s turn to get to know Toula while Mommy’s is taken care of.

Mommy and Toula rest after a long day…

…happy as can be.

And, of course, Auntie Christine gets a turn.
