Spooky Baby
Bennett’s First Halloween! We pretty much spent the holiday snuggling, but Bennett did get to model two outfits for the camera!

Baby, It’s Cold Outside
Bennett’s first snow! What? In October? Yes, indeedy. We haven’t even set the clocks back yet and it’s snowing. We couldn’t resist wrapping Bennett up and bringing him outside to capture some flakes falling.

Bennett’s Nursery
With Bennett’s nursery finally completed I thought I’d take some pictures and share them with all of you. Luckily, the room that was formerly the office was already painted blue, so it worked out perfectly as a nursery. We’re very proud of how it turned out and hope that Bennett enjoys his time in it.

In this corner, the heavyweight champion…
Weighing in at 10 pounds, 8 ounces, Bennett shows what he’s made of! Wow…almost 6 weeks old and starting to bulk-up!

Eyes Open
Here are some shots of me with my eyes open. I know I have been a little camera shy in the past, but things are starting to change. Pretty soon, I might even smile for the camera!

My Great Grandma
My Great Grandma came over today to see my nursery. She got a chance to hold me and snuggle me in my rocking chair.
This is her looking at me. She usually has this look on her face when she sees me.

Zzzzzz
These pictures are very deceiving. These do not accurately depict life in our home. We spend most of the time awake, but on rare occasions sleep does find us. And as you can tell, it is usually two out of three of us at a time, thus making one of us available to play photographer. And that photographer is never Bennett….but I guess he needs his sleep more than we do.

The things my Daddy gets away with…
My Mommy says there is no way I would let her get away with the things I let my Daddy get away with. He was hungry and needed to eat lunch, so he just laid me down on the table next to him. I just laid there in my “P. Diddy” outfit (I am not really sure what that means, but they always say that when I have my hooded sweat-outfits on) and I looked around and gave him a few minutes of peace. I guess I am not the only one who has to eat.

Looking Around
This is me just taking in the world around me.

Looking around.
They say I look like the Gerber Baby in this one…I don’t know, I ‘ve never met him. I hope that is a compliment.

Bennett’s Christening
Today was Bennett’s Christening at Saint Ignatius Church, the same church where Katrina and I were married. Although it was cold and rainy outside, it was a very special day inside the church with Bennet receiving his first sacrament.
